Pressures Kids Face Today
It's not easy being a kid today. They face new pressures at every turn and from every direction, making it difficult to buiild their own internal compass while withstanding the forces all around them. Our society demands that they react to these forces before they are ready - while their sense of self is still fragile - like a young butterfly in a hurricane. The natural "coccoon" time to safely explore and develop has become more precious and necessary than ever before.

Dr. David Walsh, Psychologist and Founder
